2010-06-14Ruric's share issues registered Russian Real Estate Investment Company AB's ("Ruric" or the "Company") share issue with pre-emptive rights for shareholders in the Company and set-off issue directed at certain creditors, have now been registered by Swedish Companies Registration Office. A total of 56 815 480 class B shares in the Company have been subscribed and paid for within the scope of the share issue with pre-emptive rights, bringing Ruric SEK 170.4 million before issue expenses. Also, certain creditors have subscribed for a total of 35 969 979 class B shares, within the scope of the reorganisation of Ruric, through set-off of claims against Ruric corresponding to approximately SEK 215.8 million, as it is presented in the prospectus. The share capital amounts to 208 297 110 SEK and the number of shares amount to 104 148 555, after registration of the share issues. The newly issued shares are expected to be booked at each shareholder´s securities account on 15 June 2010. The newly issued bond loan (Loan No. 4), which is part of the composition to certain creditors within the scope of the reorganisation of Ruric, is expected to be booked at each creditor´s securities account on 15 June 2010. Trading in the bond loan is expected to commence on 15 June 2010 at NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
