In connection with the public offer and the proposed changes of the terms and conditions regarding all the outstanding bonds issued by Russian Real Estate Investment Company, you are hereby invited to attend an information meeting. The information meeting will
provide an opportunity to meet with representatives from the management and the board of directors of the company and also to receive information regarding the mechanics of the offering as well as the voting process.
The information meeting will take place at 2pm (Swedish time) on 29 October 2009 on Mannheimer Swartling’s premises on Norrlandsgatan 21 in Stockholm.
