 | The Swedish-based investment vehicle Russian Real Estate Investment Company AB (Ruric) was formed in 2004.
Ruric acquires, develops, manages and divests real estate assets in the Russian property market and in St. Petersburg in particular.
The operations are conducted through our own local organisation in St. Petersburg, Russia, with strong competence and extensive local network, supported by an ownership/management company in Stockholm.
Ruric has in a short time established itself as a key player on the St. Petersburg real estate scene, and many now see us as "the preferred partner".
Most importantly, we generate an attractive flow of investment opportunities.
